The Canberra Transport Museum held it’s first post-covid tour on Saturday November 12th, 2022.
The QCIty Tour was a good opportunity to take out a wide variety of the Queanbeyan depot fleet, some of which are fast approaching their withdrawal. Vehicles included an Irisbus Agoraline, 0405NH, Volvo Double Decker, MAN Midi and many many more.
Two buses at a time were taken out across various routes of the Queanbeyan network including the 832, 834, 835/6, 839 etc. With opportunities for photo stops along the way and a chance for attendees to switch between the vehicles on offer.
Luckily despite all the bad weather lately we were spared and had a lovely sunny day, turning a bit overcast at the end but managed to avoid all of the rain, although it was a little humid!
