Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting + Woden Depot Tour

Notice is hereby given that the 2026 Canberra Transport Museum Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on 15 February 2026 at the Woden Bus Depot, commencing at 2:00 pm.

Online participation will also be available via Microsoft Teams. Connection details will be provided closer to the meeting date. 

Please note that attendance at the AGM requires a current membership. If you have not yet renewed your membership, please refer to the email sent on 10 January for payment instructions, or visit the membership page.

Should you wish to nominate for any committee position please complete the nomination form attached in the email from 10 January. Completed committee nomination forms must be submitted via email to the Secretary at (secretary@ctm.org.au) no later than seven (7) days prior to the meeting.  

Following the conclusion of the AGM, members will have the opportunity to participate in a brief guided tour of the Woden Bus Depot facilities. Please note as it is a weekend we are unable to provide any access to the workshops areas.
