We wish to give notice of the 2025 Annual General Meeting and following Special General Meeting.
The AGM Will commence at 12:00pm, on Sunday 23rd March 2025 at the Transport Canberra Training Rooms 255 Canberra Avenue, Fyshwick ACT. Enter from intersection of Wiluna & Lithgow Sts. Fyshwick (See map).
Members will have received an email regarding the AGM & SGM.
Within the email is a link to complete a proxy form if you do not plan to attend the meeting in person. If you are unsure who to nominate as your proxy or do not know any other members you may wish to nominate John Tokaji (the current secretary) to make a vote on your behalf.
We ask EVERYONE who received the email to please take a few minutes to complete these forms are we require your vote for our special resolution. We have made these a Microsoft Form to make this a quick and easy process, so there is no scanning, printing or emailing involved to submit these. Simply follow the link provided in your email to complete these.
Please Note:
- Proxys must be returned to the secretary by email to secretary@ctm.org.au no later than 24 hours prior to the commencement of the AGM. Noting that the member voting and the proxy must be current financial members of the museum. Members who were financial in 2024 are also permitted to vote.
- Committee nominations must be returned to the secretary by email to secretary@ctm.org.au no later than 23:59 Sunday 9th March 2025.
