Notice of 2024 AGM & SGM

We wish to give notice of the 2024 Annual General Meeting and following Special General Meeting.

The AGM Will commence at 13:00 at the Transport Canberra Training Rooms 255 Canberra Avenue, Fyshwick ACT. Enter from intersection of Wiluna & Lithgow Sts. Fyshwick (See map).

Please Note:

1. Proxys must be returned to the secretary by email to secretary@ctm.org.au no later than 24 hours prior to the commencement of the AGM. Noting that the member voting and the proxy must be current financial members of the museum.
2. Committee nominations must be returned to the secretary by email to secretary@ctm.org.au no later than 23:59 this Sunday 20^th October 2024.
